Cara is a first-year graduate student at the Mailman School of Public Health, focusing on reproductive and family health. She fell in love with public health while volunteering in an indigenous village in northern Argentina during her junior year of college. Her primary research interests are reproductive health disparities, family violence and teen pregnancy prevention. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time outside.
