Justin M LairdSenior Health EducatorAlice! Health Promotion ProgramJustin Laird joined Health Services at Columbia in 2007. In his role, he manages the100 m.i.l.e. club and coordinates health promotion efforts related to fitness and nutrition. Justin is also leading several initiatives related to the prevention high risk drinking. Prior to joining Health Services, he was an assistant professor of health science at SUNY-Brockport, where he also served as a faculty-in-residence. He was also an instructor at the University of Texas, the University of Oklahoma, and Baylor University. He also worked for 3M in their corporate wellness department. Justin grew up living in several different states, and lived abroad in Brussels and Athens. When not at work, he enjoys exploring the city, relieving stress at the gym and the occasional trip to Montreal. Education
