Prior to joining Health Services in 2008, Chelsey directed after-school youth programs at the Commonwealth Housing Development near Boston, MA. She received a B.A. in Child Development from Tufts University in 2006, and is now pursuing an M.P.H. at the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, specializing in Reproductive and Family Health.

Chelsey also works as a Research Assistant on an intervention study that aims to improve access to men's health services in Upper Manhattan. As a native of New Orleans, Chelsey enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants.
