Patricia Anders joined Health Services at Columbia in 1988. Prior to joining HSC, Patti worked as
a Childbirth Educator and a Clinical Coordinator at Lenox Hill Hospital. She attended Murray 
State University in Kentucky and completed graduate courses in Nursing at New York University.

Patti has devoted her professional career to meeting the health care needs of women. Her practice spans the reproductive years from adolescence through menopause, and her areas of interest include guiding women through their first pelvic exams, assisting women who have been sexually traumatized, treating women with eating disorders, and managing women who are peri- or post-menopausal.
