Lynda O’Grady joined Health Services at Columbia in the fall of 1995. Lynda’s previous health care experiences include hospice care and public health nursing. She received her B.S. in Nursing from Georgetown University School of Nursing.

Since arriving at Columbia, Lynda has advised many students through the Travel Medicine program, “CU on the Road.” In addition to her interest in travel medicine, she is also a certified HIV counselor.

  • Certificate of Knowledge in Travel Health from the International Society of Travel Medicine.
Community and Volunteer Activities
  • Volunteers with a bereavement program specially geared toward children who have had a loss through the death of a parent or significant adult caregiver.
