Paula Van Aken joined Health Services at Columbia University in October 2008. Prior to joining HSC, Paula was an Associate Professor and the Director of the Didactic Program in Nutrition at Marymount College of Fordham University until its closure in 2008. She has also had extensive clinical and managerial healthcare experience and maintains a private practice in Dutchess County, with a specialization in eating disorders.
