Enrollment in the Plan
Enrollment Deadlines:
Fall *deadline for Fall 2009 has passed*
Spring (new students only) February 1, 2010
Summer (new trimester students only) June 14, 2010
Students have the opportunity to confirm their enrollment in the basic level of the Columbia Student Medical Insurance Plan, upgrade their selection to the comprehensive level, or request a waiver from automatic enrollment in the basic level of the Columbia Plan at the beginning of the first semester of their academic career and at the start of each academic year thereafter.
