Charges on Your Student Account Statement
A charge of $646 for the fall term of the basic level of the insurance plan may appear on your first Student Account Statement, even if you file a waiver. These charges will be removed once the waiver request is approved and processed.
Note: This is not applicable to incoming Spring semester students.
