Morningside Dental Associates (MDA)

A program of the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.

What type of program is offered?
Fee-for-service care provided in a private practice setting.

Who is eligible for service?
Columbia University students and their spouses, partners, and children.

What training have the providers received?
Care is provided by dentists pursuing post-graduate fellowship training under the supervision of faculty members of the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.

What services are available?

  • Routine examinations
  • X-rays as needed, and with routine exams
  • Dental cleaning (prophylaxis)
  • Orthodontics
  • Evaluation of emergency dental conditions, including relief of pain (by appointment during regular MDA office hours)
  • Restoration (fillings, composites, crowns)
  • Endodontics
  • Periodontics
  • Oral surgery

Hours: By appointment only, Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm.
For emergencies Mon–Fri, patients should call to make an appointment for the same day.
On weekends, patients with a dental emergency should go to the nearest emergency room.
