Walk-in ClinicsThe combined immunization for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) is given for no charge at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene clinics listed below. The waiting time at any of the clinics is usually one to two hours and may be longer during busy periods. The clinic will document the immunization on an Immunization Record Card. A copy of this record should be attached to the Columbia University MMR Form and provided to the Immunization Records Office. The following clinics offer immunization at no charge:
Chelsea Health Center Adults and Children 4 years of age and over Mon., Tues., Thurs., & Fri., 8:30am - 2:30pm C or E train to W. 23rd St. or 1 or 9 train to W. 28th St.
Tremont Health Center
Adults and Children 4 years of age and over Tues., Weds., & Thurs., 8:30am - 2:30pm 2 or 5 train to East Tremont Ave-West Farms Square, or 4 train to Burnside Ave, then 40 or 42 Bus to Arthur Ave.
Corona Health Center
Adults only Tues. & Thurs., 8:30am - 2pm #7 train to Junction Boulevard
Jamaica Health Center
Adults only Mon. and Fri., 8:30am - 2:30pm F, J or E train to Parsons Boulevard
Crown Heights Health Center
College Students, Adults, and Children 4 years of age and over Wed. (Children Only), Mon., & Fri. 8:30am - 2:30pm #3 or #4 train to Utica Avenue or B46 bus to Utica Avenue and Prospect Place or B15 or B65 to Troy Avenue
Homecrest Health Center
Adults and Children 4 Years of age and over Wed. 8:30am - 2:30pm Q train to Ave. U or B or Q train to Kings Highway
Richmond Health Center
Adults only Mon., 8:30am - 2:30pm Near The Staten Island Ferry Terminal |
