Alice ! Health Promotion Program offers Fitness workshops that help students:

  • Discuss benefits of regular exercise
  • Develop fitness goals and a plan to accomplish them
  • Identify barriers to exercising and ways to overcome them

The 100 m.i.l.e. Club (100MC) is an online exercise motivation program. The 100MC offers our university community an online, interactive opportunity to learn about, design, and track personal fitness activities. The program allows participants to set personal exercise goals and record progress throughout the semester. Originally established in the early 1990s, the 100MC is open to all Columbia students, faculty, staff, and alumni. For more information go to the 100 m.i.l.e. Club.

Personal Training Department at Columbia University. The Personal Training Department at Dodge Fitness Center can help you reach your fitness goals.
