- Develop and practice techniques to clearly and confidently express your opinions, values, and emotions

Alice! also offers a workshop on Relationships and Friends that helps students:
- Identify techniques to develop and maintain relationships
- Practice active listening and effective communication strategies
- Identify and practice strategies to improve or enhance relationships
