On-Campus Resources

Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) offers support to LGBTQ students on an individual and group basis. Support groups are offered depending on demand and interest. Recent support groups have included Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual Coming Out Support and HIV+ Support Group. For more information go to Workshops, Groups, and Training.

Queer Students of Color
A safe, confidential space to discuss and obtain support around the challenge of negotiating numerous identities. For more information go to Workshops, Groups, and Training.

Primary Care Medical Services (PCMS) provides comprehensive care for routine, urgent, and chronic medical needs for students. Primary Care also provides sexual health, reproductive, and gynecological services, LGBTQ health care, immunizations, and referrals. Allergy and flu shots are available at PCMS. Fees vary and are not covered by the Health Service Program Fee. For more information go to Making Appointments.

Gay Health Advocacy Project (GHAP) promotes the health of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community by providing information, advocacy, referrals, confidential HIV testing, counseling, treatment, and support to the entire University community.
