Sexual Violence Response is a program of Columbia Health. This application is intended for registered student organizations requesting funding or other forms of sponsorship from Sexual Violence Response (SVR).
Guidelines:
- Organization already receiving funds from Columbia Health cannot request additional funding from SVR.
- Application must be submitted one (1) month prior to the event for co-sponsorship consideration.
- Groups that receive SVR financial co-sponsorship must include the SVR logo in event advertising materials and/or list SVR as a co-sponsor, and include the statement: “Students needing disability accommodations in order to participate in this event must contact Disability Services at (212) 854-2388 or [email protected].”
Eligibility:
- Unregistered students groups are not eligible to receive funding.
- Forms submitted with less than one month notice may not be considered.
- Incomplete forms will not be considered.
