Health Promotion offers individual conversations to help students navigate resources at Columbia, support their sexual and reproductive health, manage their relationship with substances, as well as skill-building workshops around sleep, stress, time management, and more. In this webinar, you will:
- Reflect on what well-being means to you and how you can prioritize it while at Columbia
- Understand which services are available to support your well-being: health education, Wellness Coaching, substance use and recovery, nicotine cessation, gender-affirming care coordination, or sexual and reproductive health, including HIV/STI testing
- Hear about our other services such as, Go Ask Alice!, naloxone training, fentanyl test strip training, and more
- Learn how to make an appointment or drop-in (virtual or in-person)
