Jordan Gaines

Jordan Gaines (she/her) joined Sexual Violence Response in January 2025. In the role of Assistant Director, Direct Services, she provides outreach, prevention, and direct services aimed at ending power-based violence. Using a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive framework, Jordan delivers direct support to experiencers of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, stalking, and harassment. She also provides support to both peer and staff advocates as well as the training and prevention team.

Prior to Columbia Health, Jordan worked in a variety of different settings serving survivors of power-based violence including work specializing in serving survivors of Human Trafficking and survivors of tech facilitated intimate partner violence. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in sex and relationships, as well as identity- and experience-based trauma.

Jordan is from Milwaukee, WI and has a a guinea pig named Chichi.
