Kirsten McCann

Kirsten (she, her) joined the Columbia Health team in 2021 as Communications Specialist, managing the organization’s digital channels: website, intranet, email, digital screen system, and social media presence. She also provides brand and creative design support, as well as thought partnership on organizational and Unit-level communications campaigns. Most recently, Kirsten was a Marketing Coordinator at McKenney’s, Inc., a mechanical contractor that serves the Southeastern United States. In that role, she led the development and execution of a wide variety of creative collateral; managed the blog; devised methodical campaign strategies, communication plans, print and digital deliverables; and worked on each year’s digital marketing strategy.
 
She is passionate about digging into her colleagues’ pain points to better understand their needs in order to deliver purposeful support with long-lasting impact. 

Her interests include reading and learning about psychology, practicing mindfulness activities, and trying new food. She enjoys volunteering, hiking, working on freelance design projects, and spending time with her cat.
