(Chris) Jae Hwan Lee
(Chris) Jae Hwan Lee (he/him) joined Columbia Health in January 2026 as Assistant Director of Operations at Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS). In this role, he will help manage the day-to-day operations at CPS.
Prior to joining Columbia Health, he was the Assistant Director of Academic Affairs and Admissions Operations at the IEOR Department of Columbia Engineering. In this role, he directly advised 1,200+ M.S. students, helped manage the academic affairs of all 5 M.S. programs, and helped manage the admissions operations of 7,000+ applications annually. While working at this role, he also developed and taught his own Professional Development and Leadership elective session course at Columbia Engineering's Office of Professional Development (PDL) called, "Navigating Leadership as a Student: From Classroom to Career."
One fun fact about Chris is that his immediate family has five dogs and his, his daughter's and his dog's birthday are all in the same month.
