College and graduate school can be demanding, often leaving students feeling overwhelmed, self-critical, or disconnected from what matters most. This interactive workshop introduces practical skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Participants will learn strategies to navigate difficult thoughts and emotions with greater flexibility, reduce the struggle with stress and anxiety, and develop habits that support resilience, focus, and well-being. Through guided mindfulness exercises, reflection, and discussion, students will explore how to stay present, make room for life’s challenges, and move toward a life guided by their values rather than their fears.
