Join us at Lerner 555 to create your personalized self-care kit; build with clay or LEGOs; relax through painting or writing cards; make friendship bracelets, and test your knowledge with quiz games for a chance to win prizes.
Unwind with mindfulness activities led by Counseling and Psychological Services, explore stress management and sleep hygiene tips with Alice! Health Promotion, and learn about community activities with University Life. You can also work on a custom art project with local artist Devin Osorio.
Food and beverages (including ice cream!) provided.

This rejuvenating event is exclusively open to all currently registered Columbia students, including affiliate schools.
