Nutrition Support at Columbia Health

Columbia Health strives to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for people looking to talk about nutrition and learn about how it may affect their body.

Our registered dietitians can help provide the support and education that you need to better understand your unique nutrition needs. Each person needs something different, and by working with your dietitian, you can learn more about how to fuel your body, what decisions to make, and how that may affect your energy levels, cognitive performance, and emotions.

Additionally, if you’re looking to gain, maintain, or lose weight, your registered dietitian may work with your primary care provider at Medical Services to help you find the approach that is most appropriate for you. Some approaches may include mindful eating practices, physical activity, and behavior changes.

Who is eligible?

Nutrition support is available to all students who have paid the full-time College Health and Related Services fee on the Morningside and Manhattanville campuses, including those at Teachers College, Union Theological Seminary, and Jewish Theological Seminary.
