About the Behavioral Health Integration Program

The Behavioral Health (BH) integration program at Columbia University was initiated as a joint effort between Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) and Medical Services at Columbia Health in January 2018. A small cohort of CPS psychologists volunteered to comprise the BH implementation team and staff the office, in addition to their regular counseling caseload and triage responsibilities.
