Three Columbia Departments Collaborate on a New Mentorship Program

Columbia University Facilities Operations (CUFO), Columbia Health, and the Office of Alumni Relations & Development are partnering to pilot a mentorship program, matching early-career staff from all three departments with Columbia University leaders.

This fall, 14 Columbia staff members from CUFO, Columbia Health, and the Office of Alumni Relations & Development will be matched with a dedicated mentor to support their professional growth. The three departments are partnering to pilot a 1:1 mentorship program that includes monthly meetings between mentors and mentees throughout the course of the 2025-2026 Academic Year.
