For online and take-home exams and quizzes. Instead, refer to the Testing Accommodations section of the Academic and Campus Accommodations page.

To schedule placement exams or deferred exams. Instead, email [email protected].

For JTS courses, contact your Dean.
If you have an urgent, last-minute request and the webform has closed for your quiz date, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Last-Minute Quiz Accommodation Request” with the subject line “Last-Minute Quiz Accommodation Request” and include your name, UNI, phone number, course name, professor name and quiz date in your email.
