Nicotine Cessation

Last reviewed: 4/25/2024

Nicotine Cessation Visits offer support and accountability for students seeking to quit their tobacco and nicotine usage. Ending the use of tobacco or nicotine vaping products can be difficult to navigate alone.

How does nicotine cessation work?

During the first session, students discuss their goals, their use history, and any previous efforts to quit. Students then work with a specialist to develop a plan that includes accountability and coaching on strategies to help you quit using tobacco and nicotine. They may also provide options for nicotine replacements or other medical support.

There is no limit to the number of sessions students can schedule.
