As much as possible, please arrive 10 minutes before your visit.  We will do our best to accommodate you if you arrive late, however your appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure other students can be seen during their appointment.

    Medical Services Teams

    Each student has a team of Medical Services providers dedicated to their well-being.

    This team-based model of care, known as the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), is led by a personal clinician who provides continuous and coordinated care throughout a patient's lifetime to maximize health outcomes. The PCMH practice is responsible for providing for a patient’s health care needs or appropriately arranging care with other qualified professionals.

    IN THE 2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR:

    Medical Services completed 46,831 visits with 28,928 unique students.

    84% of students spent less than 15 minutes in the waiting room

    84% of students were satisfied or very satisfied with the care provided by their physician or nurse practitioner regarding their condition and recommended treatment.
