The Koru Basic Mindfulness and Meditation course consists of 4 weekly 75-minute classes specifically designed to address the needs of emerging adults. Graduates of the course report feeling more rested, calmer, less self-judgmental, and more mindful. A commitment to all 4 weeks is required, as is 10 minutes of daily homework.
*** Registration is required. This is intended to be an interactive support space. PLEASE NOTE: The facilitator respectfully requires that ALL participants have their video enabled during classes.
