This is a space for all Columbia students who are currently struggling with sleep, either as a longstanding problem or as a new issue. In this virtual support space, we will teach cognitive behavioral skills specific to insomnia, to help improve both quantity and quality of sleep. As part of the program, we will develop better sleep hygiene by shifting your sleep cycle, focusing on daytime/nighttime routines, breaking bad habits, setting new rules for sleep, and completing a weekly sleep diary to monitor success.

Due to the evolution of the skills learned, enrollment in this group will be closed after the second virtual session.
